• Photo I card - PAN Card/Voter I-Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Employer ID
• Residence Proof - Passport/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Letter from Employer
• Repayment Track Record & Latest Outstanding, if any Loan availed
• Two Passport Size Photographs
• Fees Cheque

1-A) Employed

• Original + Copies of 3 Monthly salary slips
• Copy of latest PF balance Certificate
• Copy of latest Form No. 16 & Income Tax Return
• Bank Statement for last six months for all Bank Accounts
• If current Employment is less than 3 yrs, past employment history

1-B) Self Employed/Professionals

• Following income papers for Applicant, Co-applicant and Firms duly certified by a Chartered Accountant:
  • Copy of Income Tax Return for last three years
  • Copy of Computation of Income for last three years
  • Balance Sheet alongwith schedules for last three years
  • Profit & Loss account for last three years
  
  
• In case of Partnership firm - Latest partnership deed
• In case of Pvt Ltd. Co - Memorandum of Associations and Latest Share holding pattern
• Bank statement of last 12 months of Savings & Current Accounts
• Business Profile-A note giving information on the nature of Business Profession, Form of Organization, Clients, Suppliers, etc...
• Copy of GST/CST certificate
• Proof of Qualification & Membership certificate in case of Professionals
